VARIVA RETURN POLICY

At Variva, we take pride in crafting high-quality products designed to elevate your space. Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio.

However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns, damages, and order issues.

1. No Returns or Exchanges (Except in Specific Cases)

All purchases are final sale — we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Customized or personalized items (including names, designs, or special packaging) cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after production begins.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll offer either:
- a free replacement, or
- a refund to your original payment method.

3. Order Modifications or Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly. We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please double-check your order details before placing it.

4. Shipping Costs & Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even when a product is returned due to damage or defect.
Refunds (if approved) will apply only to the product value.

5. How to Report an Issue

Email us at hello@variva.co.in with the subject line: Order Issue – [Your Order Number]
Attach images or video showing the issue and include a brief description.
Our team will respond within 48 hours with next steps.

6. Additional Notes

All claims must be made within 2 days of delivery.
We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, incorrect use, or normal wear and tear.
